Jennifer grew up in San Diego and graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Political Science. She lives in San Marcos with her husband, two children, dog, and two cats. She is active in her community and is on the PTO board at Paloma Elementary. Hobbies and interests include spending time with her kids, reading, working out, going to Disneyland, Halloween, and sushi. She has a wide range of professional experience in both the service and fitness industries, and has worked in real estate since 2017. She loves problem solving and thinking in terms of the “big picture".  She is a certified CAR Transaction Coordinator. 

Kyle was born and raised in the Philippines and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She has been working as a real estate virtual assistant since 2022, and joined Elevate Transaction Services in March 2025 through Virtual Professionals. Kyle loves the dynamic nature of the industry and deeply values her collaboration with Jen and Sara, looking forward to supporting the team for many years to come. Hobbies and interests include diving into a good book, experimenting in the kitchen, exploring new destinations, and above all, traveling and making memories with her family.
